Computer simulation of the radiologic images sharpness for quality assurance purposes

Development of a system for radiological image quality evaluation, showing, by computer simulation, the focal spot image as well as the image from the object to be radiographed in any X-ray field location. The simulated image from the object is given with their boundaries in gray levels, representing the actual image sharpness, taking into account the influence of the recording system (film or screen-film combination).
